Strategy:
Spam succubi. Seriously that is about it, the boss is void element so he isn't resistant to fire, and succubi are the strongest ranged/magic unit you would want to use to this point. (You could also use Witches but they aren't as strong, Holy Matriarchs aren't really recommended simply because of their incredibly slow movement speed.)
If for some reason you really can't beat it spamming succubi then you could make the Fire Dragon in the level 6 Monster Lab and try using him, but he really shouldn't be necessary for this mission.
