Chapter 8 Mission 6

Enemy Hero: Fallen Goddess

Boss Element: Void Element.

Enemy Level: 600

Enemy Units: Shadow Goblin (Ex)*, Pegasus Knight, Lava Golem, Black Dragon Zero

Enemy Items: Demon Sword Laevatine, Staff of Doomsday, Seraphic Garb, Seraphic Shield, Dragon Steak Barbeque, Faatality Drink

Energy Cost: 160

Fallen Goddess In Person

  • 0% Mastery: 900 XP / 9,000 Gold
  • 100% Mastery: 1,080 XP / 10,800 Gold
  • 200% Mastery: 1,260 XP / 12,600 Gold
  • 300% Mastery: 1,440 XP/ 14,400 Gold

Five Khronos Shields and a Doping Pill, combined with Twin Diablos and, when the Twin Diablos are absolutely stuck due to Pegasus Knights attacking them, Elite Hobbits. With a 50% bonus to their stats and an extra 2,900 Defence from the shields, the Twin Diablos should have no problem killing the Goddess unless you die first.

Take out the Black Dragon when it spawns with Ice Blaster II, then retreat back behind your advancing dragons and keep healing wherever possible - or using Rage if you can.

After numerous updates the above strategy may or may not work for you, something many people that fail on that strategy seem to find works for them is the following:

Equipment you will want are 2 Barbatos King Armours which can be made in the blacksmith. You will also want 2 Dimension Axes which are found in the level 10 market and cost 700,000 gold a piece. As well as 2 Khronos Shields you can make in the Blacksmith (click the link for more details). What you want to do in the fight is similar to above, you will have to wait a few seconds until your spell bar fills, while you do that approach the boss and her dragon and try to hit them with Ice Blaster II when your bar is full (If you are lucky the dragon may end up frozen buying you even more time). After that you summon Twin Diablos and will want to rage them immediately. You may or may not need to further stall the dragon with hobbits depending on where the Diablos spawn.

This strategy should work if your lvl is somewhere in the 500 to 600 range. If it doesn't possible fixes include swapping out 1 or 2 Khronos Shields for Dimension Axes. The reason being at lower levels the earth + might not make your Twin Diablos as strong as the raw stats on a Dimension Axe. (and maybe catch some good luck). This is a very difficult mission so do not be discouraged if you fail it the first few times.

Secondary Strategy: If the only thing that is really giving you problems is the Black Dragon Zero, you can use a Doping Pill and some combination of Dimension Axes and Khronos Shields. Make sure that Twin Salamander is in your line up and mash the button you assigned it to as you start the battle. If you do it correctly then you should summon Twin Salamander immediately once the battle starts and the boss should summon Lava Golems instead. The salamanders will probably die but that takes care of Black Dragon Zero and you can freely use Twin Diablos to finish the rest. (Also make sure to summon hobbits or something so she never saves up enough mana to summon BDZ through the rest of the battle.) Thank you to the random wiki comment person that suggested this.

Note: If you still have a Faatalty Drink from a previous achievement, you can use that instead of doping pill in any of the above strategies for an easier win.

(*) Unique Unit:

Shadow Goblin (Ex)

As Goblin, except with different Aptitudes and a True_Fire element.

Divine Angel (Ex)
